COMMUNITY REGULATIONS

 

Ownership

 

This website is part of the Connecting Heritage Project, funded by the British Council. This is an open website supported by construction and implementation by TUVA Communication (hereinafter referred to as TUVA), with all content on the website owned by the Community. Any member of the community can use, edit and distribute, but with the approval of the website development team. 

 

The community has the right to use and share content, image/video/audio recordings on the website without the permission of a third party. 

 

Authenticity

 

Make sure the posted content is authentic, does not provide false or unverified information about an individual/group or an event. Authenticity creates a healthy environment for sharing.

 

Keep content neutral, respectful, and civil

 

Articles should aim to be objective and express the views of the majority. When it comes to portraying a variety of viewpoints, each viewpoint is presented precisely and in context, with no one viewpoint presented as “the truth” or “the best view.” Articles should be accurate and verifiable, citing reliable and authoritative sources.

At the same time, make sure your content shows respect and civility, avoiding personal or group attacks. Specifically, content is not allowed/prohibited on the website:

  • Hateful and anti-state language
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • Wrong information
  • Violent, exploitative and offensive
  • Adult nudity and sexual activity

Before you post content, including images/videos/audio recordings, to your website, make sure that the content falls into one of the following four categories:
